Hi! I'm Kristin Eapen, a certified birth doula and Lamaze certified childbirth educator with the immense privilege of serving families on the traditional, unceded territory of the Syilx/Okanagan People in Kelowna, BC.
Whether you choose to birth at home or in the hospital, medicated or unmedicated, I believe all decisions can be made from a place of empowerment and not fear. My goal is to empower you in whatever decision you make through evidence based information and personalized care and support.
