The three stages of support

pregnancy

You’ll have ongoing support throughout your pregnancy with personalized text and email communication, plus the option for monthly check-in calls to connect more regularly.

We’ll also schedule a minimum of two prenatal sessions (2 hours each) to get to know each other and explore anything that helps you feel more prepared and supported—whether that’s understanding your options, creating a birth plan, practicing comfort techniques, managing fear, or simply talking through what’s on your mind.

If you have questions about routine care, provider recommendations, or managing common pregnancy discomforts, I’ll provide evidence-based resources and information to help you make confident, informed decisions. (Additional sessions are always available if you'd like extra support.)

You’ll also have access to my client lending library, with books and tools to support your learning and preparation. And starting at 37 weeks, I’ll be on call for you 24/7—ready to join you when labor begins.

labour

From the first wave of labor to your baby’s arrival, I provide unwavering support. With a calm presence and a toolkit of comfort measures—soothing touch, massage, counterpressure, optimal positioning, and breathing support—I create space for you to trust your body, stay grounded, and move through labor with confidence.

I’m also here for your partner, offering gentle guidance, encouragement, and reassurance. Whether it’s reminding them of a comfort technique, offering words of support, or simply holding space for them to show up in whatever way feels right, I help them feel rooted, confident, and deeply connected to you.

Because you deserve to feel calm, connected, and fully supported through every moment of this transformative journey.

postpartum

Once your baby is here, I’ll visit you in your home to offer support with whatever you need most—feeding, newborn care, emotional processing, or simply a space to share your feelings

For the first six weeks, I’m just a message away—available by text or email if you need resources, a listening ear, or a steady voice to remind you you’re not alone.

A customized support package allows us to shape care around you—your needs, your preferences, your timeline. Whether you’re looking for extra prenatal education, more postpartum preparation, or additional emotional support along the way, a personalized package means we can focus on what matters most to you. This option is perfect for those who prefer virtual guidance, live outside the local area, or simply want comprehensive support without in-person birth attendance.

It allows us to build a plan that feels just right—whether that includes extra check-ins, added sessions, specific resources, or flexibility in how support is delivered (virtually or in person).

Offerings include:

  • Tailored one-on-one coaching and prenatal support, including text/email/phone support  ideal for those seeking guidance without in-person birth support.

  • Customized sessions to help prepare you for an empowering induction, Cesarean, postpartum experience, or any specific journey you’re anticipating — all without in-person birth attendance.

  • One-on-one prenatal support to walk you through labor, birth, and postpartum — a wonderful option for those who want the depth of a prenatal class with the added benefit of personalized, individual attention.

  • Partner preparation sessions, where we practice acupressure, counterpressure, discuss advocacy, informed decision-making, and the pillars of the support role. My goal is to help partners feel confident and equipped for their irreplaceable role on the birth support team

Whether your birth felt empowering, challenging, or somewhere in between, this is a space to gently revisit your story, explore your emotions, and gain clarity in a safe and compassionate setting.

These sessions are not clinical assessments. Instead, they are rooted in presence, empathy, and emotional support. Together, we walk through your birth experience at your pace, creating room for validation, understanding, and healing.

Who These Sessions Are For:

  • Birthing people who wish to reflect on and make sense of their birth experience, especially if parts of it felt confusing, unexpected, or unresolved.

  • Doulas and birth professionals who may carry emotional weight from births they’ve supported and need space to process and reflect.

As a certified grief and loss coach, I bring a trauma-informed, consent-centered approach to every session, ensuring you feel deeply seen, heard, and held.

These sessions are flexible and can be held virtually or in person, depending on your preferences and needs.
