Thanks for stopping by! I'm Kristin Eapen, a certified birth doula and Lamaze certified childbirth educator with the immense privilege of serving families on the traditional, unceded territory of the Syilx/Okanagan People in Kelowna, BC.

Childbirth is a miraculous and unique experience. Choosing a medicated or unmedicated birth experience is a very personal family decision. My goal is to empower you in whatever decision you make through evidence based information and personalized care and support.
