​Experience a unique, intimate childbirth series in a comfortable, small-group setting. Over four weeks, you will learn about labour, birth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and much more, all while connecting with others and building a supportive community.

Taught by two experienced birth doulas with diverse training, this hands-on series includes a hospital tour and practical guidance to prepare you for a confident, empowered birth experience.
