Class Description
This isn't your 'average' prenatal class. Join Kristin and Elise in this immersive and supportive learning environment. This prenatal series provides an opportunity to connect with other expectant parents over the course of four weeks. Our evidence-based approach ensures you receive the most current and reliable information while equipping you with essential skills for a positive and empowering birth experience. You will learn: Physiology of labour The stages and phases of labour Comfort measures Positions Signs of labour Common interventions Informed decision making Labour hormones Protecting the pelvic floor Newborn care Breastfeeding Postpartum planning and adjustments And SO much more! This class includes a hospital tour Price includes two people (Bring along one support person) Dates: (Tuesday evenings) Feb 3, 10, 17, 24

Cancellation Policy
There is a $30 non-refundable administration fee for all registrations. If you cancel more than 10 business days before the class start date, you will receive a refund (minus a $30 administration fee) However, no refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 business days before the class starts. If you need to cancel, you have the following options: 1) Reschedule to another Empowered Birth Prenatal Class 2) Send someone else in your place (please notify us of their name(s)). In case you miss a class in your series, we unfortunately cannot offer a make-up class. We can, however, schedule a private session for an additional fee. Please note that classes may be cancelled if the minimum enrollment is not met. In the event of a cancellation, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternate class series.
