Class Description
Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating pregnancy, or just wanting to understand what to expect in the weeks ahead, this one-hour virtual session provides individualized, evidence-based guidance. You’ll have space to ask questions, explore your birth preferences, and receive trusted resources and referrals to help you feel informed, confident, and supported.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Once your booking is confirmed, your time is held exclusively for you. Rescheduling I understand that life can be unpredictable, especially in times of grief. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is available at no additional cost. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 3 months of the original booking date. Cancellations & Refunds Because each session is carefully prepared and this time is held specifically for you, bookings are non-refundable. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without prior notice are subject to a $40 fee By booking a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
